This has to be the best project in the region. Period. I have seen most of the projects and this is by far head and shoulders above all of them. The detailing, care, and quality that they have infused into it are just out of this world. Very few developers would have put in as much as I have seen here. They have a wonderful sales team that spent close to 2 hours explaining all the details. Very different and warm way of engaging with people. Ten big thumbs up to the entire team.
